It does come with a mounted steering servo and standard electric motor. I have had this for a very long time and never completed it. There are some scratches from shelf wear. I used the body on another RC chassis, so it is not perfect, but definitely passible. What you see is what you get. Returns are not accepted due to the nature of the hobby.
