Strength has been enhanced using carbon parts, maintenance of the oil dampers has been improved, hex hubs have been adopted for the cam-lock wheels, and assembly universal shafts have been used, ensuring compatibility with other parts. High-Quality Longitudinal Motor Shaft 4WD Chassis Designed for Racing The longitudinal motor shaft drive 4WD chassis has been updated from the original FRP double-deck frame to 2mm thick carbon for both the upper and lower decks. The rear damper stay is also made of 3.5mm thick carbon, ensuring high strength. The 4WD system features ultra-compact planetary differentials at the front and rear, and a ball differential at the center to protect the gears from heavy impacts. The chassis is equipped with 23 ball bearings to minimize drive loss. Additionally, three inspection hatches have been installed on the front and rear gearboxes, allowing for gear maintenance without removing the gearbox from the body. The suspension is a four-wheel double wishbone type, with suspension arms that use ball ends on metal screw shafts, enabling precise and delicate length adjustments. The uprights, machined from aluminum, maintain the original design while enhancing strength. Features like the radius arm protectors and cam-lock wheels, which absorb sudden shocks and protect the arms, have been retained.
