Description: Up for auction is a precision CNCd, replacement or project Iceman bass guitar body. This guitar has a unique, multicolor swirl paint job. To protect the paint during handling, this body has a sealer coat of automotive urethane clear. Due to the nature of the painting process, and the basic sealer coat, there is texture to the finish. Additional work will be needed if you require a perfect, show-room finish. Clear coating services are available if you require a perfect finish and do not have the resources to complete it yourself (please message for details). If you are on a budget and are willing to accept an imperfect finish, the body can be assembled as-is and still have the artwork protected. Body Type.................. Please note that to ensure you have a snug fit with your neck we purposely cut our neck pockets to the tight side of tolerance, meaning if you have a neck in the middle to wide side of heel width tolerance, some minor fitting may be required. This is a feature to ensure a slop-free fit. If you do not have the resources to do simple fitting work, you should consult with a qualified technician before attempting to assemble your own bass.
