Hermle only makes these Springs with a smaller hole. This is because later, in production, they went to the tapered pin instead of the thumbscrew. So all replacements are made with a smaller hole in the suspension spring itself. You can enlarge the whole on your own but take the risk of destroying the suspension spring. I can't not get the size spring in the correct hole size but will work perfectly fine with the tapered pin.Here for your consideration we have a new Replacement German-made suspension spring.
