Sunset or Maya is short growing brugmansia with beautiful large variegated medium green and cream to white leaves. It matures at approximately 5 to 6 feet, grows a bit more slowly, and has a nice, full, self branching habit. The flowers are large, have a classic scent with a slight undertone reminiscent of hybrid tea roses. The flowers are large, hang vertically, and begin as a pale lemon tinted cream that ages to pale apricot. A highly prized variety. Makes a splendid potted plant, focal point or feature plant. Angels Trumpet are a great choice to add a lush, exotic, tropical and romantic look to any garden, and can be grown as a potted plant indefinitely and wintered over indoors when the proper warm environment and adequate light is provided. They attract a variety of night time pollinators such as Luna Moths.
