Description of Item[ 778 ] Sunset Boulevard Film Scores of Franz Waxman RCA Red Seal 1974 Factory Sealed CD I am thinning out some of my large CD collection. They have been in a smoke free, heated, A/C Home in Glass Door Cases. I would say a very large part is not most of my CD's were only played once.As it seems I was always buying new ones each week. My choice of Genre is going to be varied as my mom was a ProfessionalDancer and Choreographer so I was raised with music of all types.Classical Music, Country, Jazz, Folk, Rock and more.. I never removed inserts on any of my CD's so unless they fell out when I opened a CDbecause of it being loose for some reason, the way you see them is the way I bought them new.To explain that better they are how the manufacturer placed them within the Case which I had no control over. My definition of Mint ConditionWhile many of my CD's probably could be classed as Open Mint if there was such a thingTo me Mint means Unopened Factory Sealed with Sealing in Mint Condition.Unlike some sellers I will not be overusing this classification just to get a sale. I would rather under grade a bit and have a happy buyer than over grade just to get a sale.Perhaps an Old School way of thinking but my way of thinking in any case. In addition to selling these to thin out my collection I am also a collector of things. I try on anything and everything I sell be it this CD or other things I am selling to do the best to see it is shipped correctly to you. NOTE:My usual practice is if I see a crack or defect in the plastic case I will put a post it type sticker near the spot with an arrow on it. That way you can see it in the pictures. I collect or have collected many Vintage items over the years and I personally feel this adds to their character, charm and shows that the background and history of the pieces as being authentically old and thus making them more in demand, collectable and desirable to those that enjoy and/or collect them. Remember that even a vintage item in really good condition is old and it may not function as well as when it was originally made. Plastic type and other items can change color and/or weaken over time because of light, pollutants, heat, humidity and other items in the air.
