African Milk Tree or Candelabra Cactus Red is a unique plant that is an upright growing cactus-like succulent with red/green stems with the new growth in small red leaves. Water thoroughly when the soil surface feels dry to the touch throughout the growing season. Keep the soil evenly moist but not overly wet. Allow it to dry out completely between waterings.Water every two weeks in the warm growing season and every month in the winter. A moisture meter will help you decide when to water.
