Description: Stromberg Carlson Tuner SR-445A. All original as far as I can tell. This was tested by powering it up slowly with variac. Good reception on both AM and FM. Both tuning tubes light up. The AM tuning tube clearly moves with reception, the FM tuning tube did not move much. You will probably want to do a tune up and maybe change out some of the old capacitors-that’s up to you and a good fun project. Label says stereo but this is old style where you tuned in both an AM and a corresponding FM station or you added a multiplex unit.
