Nice souvenir of the Confederate Monument at Norfolk. Has the Monument in the bowl, famous Virginia products on the front handle: a tobacco plant, a peanut, an oyster, a blue crab and the State Seal at the top of the front. On the back: the State Capital, the Jefferson Davis Mansion and the R. E. Lee Monument. Marked Sterling with a maker's mark. Very Good plus condition with minor scratching and some minor tarnish.
