Description: Son Of The White Mare (Fehrlfia) The critically acclaimed underground cult classic animated feature by Marcell Jankovics tells the story of Fehrlfia, the son of the White Mare, who is born with super-human powers and immortal life. Growing up he listens to old tales told to him by his mother (the White Mare), mostly about his Forefather and the end of his reign, caused by evil humanoid dragons freed by the three wives of the three sons of the Forefather. After the horse's death, Fanyv decides to search and destroy the dragons, who seize power over the world. He meets his two brothers, Kmorzsol (Stonecrumbler) and Vasgyr (Ironrubber), who both possess powers in a similar fashion to Fehrlfia. In search of the Underworld's entrance (home of the dragons), they hide themselves in a tree hollow and wait. This is a beautifully made film, based on an ancient Hungarian legend, loved and admired by many acclaimed filmmakers such as Hayao Miyazaki and Guillermo del Toro.
