Description: 参苓白术散具有散益气健脾，渗湿止泻的功效，治疗脾虚湿盛证。证见饮食不化，胸脘痞闷，肠鸣泄泻，四肢乏力，形体消瘦，面色萎黄，舌淡苔白腻，脉虚缓。实际临床中，参苓白术散远远不止用于治疗腹泻，只要用之对证，可以治疗多种疾病。 胃病 功能性消化不良、慢性胃炎、胃溃疡不少患者都表现有胃胀、食欲不振、消化不良等。当患者舌质淡舌苔白润或者白腻的时候，一般属于脾虚湿盛，这个时候可以单用参苓白术散。如果有食积表现可以加神曲、麦芽、山楂、炙内金等消食化积。 参苓白术散里面内含健脾益气的四君子汤，是治疗胃病的基础方剂，配伍山药、莲子肉助君药以健脾益气；并用白扁豆、薏苡仁助白术、茯苓以健脾渗湿，均为臣药。用砂仁醒脾和胃，行气化滞，是为佐药。桔梗宣肺利气，通调水道，又能载药上行，为佐药；炒甘草健脾和中，调和诸药，为使药。因此参苓白术散对于辨证为脾虚湿盛的胃病效果较好。 慢性腹泻 慢性腹泻的治疗大多考虑脾肾二脏，为脾虚不能健运升清。而参苓白术散益气健脾、渗湿止泻恰合病机。因此单纯性脾虚湿盛型腹泻单用参苓白术散，即可以收效。对于急性腹泻后期也可用参苓白术散巩固。而脾虚泄泻日久必然累及肾阳虚，患者出现畏寒怕冷，稍一受寒或饮食生冷则腹泻，就要考虑脾肾同治。笔者习惯用参苓白术散加制附子、肉桂、干姜等温阳散寒的药物，收效后可以用成药参苓白术散合金匮肾气丸巩固服用。 咳嗽 咳嗽急性期更多从肺治，但是不少患者咳嗽日久、痰多，单纯宣肺止咳无效或者疗效不佳。这个时候就要考虑从脾治疗，尤其是患者痰多、稀白、食欲不振的时候。中医认为脾为生痰之源，因此治疗须从健脾入手，这也恰恰符合“培土生金”的原则。 党参、茯苓、白术(炒)、山药、白扁豆(炒)、莲子、薏苡仁(炒)、砂仁、桔梗、甘草。一瓶200片。口服，一次6片，一日2-3次。或遵医嘱。 5倍高浓缩，为普通浓缩丸的二倍；最纯的科学萃取产品，含最少量辅料；不含任何西药成分，人工色素和糖等添加物；通过重金属检测，符合美国药典标准；由药品cGMP认证工厂生产。 In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), obtaining sufficient nutrients depends critically on the function of Spleen.
