Long sleeves with thin elastic band a couple inches from sleeve end. Bodice has row of buttons above the elastic (forgiving!) waist and then pleats to hem. 100% polyester. Approx FLAT measurements: 15.5" elastic waist, 18" bust, 19.5 sleeve from armpit, 50" center length, 34" width at hem (but not fully stretched).
