Description: Adorable Elephant Glass Buttons- Pre WWII ” This auction is for a 4 Fabulous European antique glass buttons. These little baby blue buttons have an elephant face pressed into the top of the buttons. This design is so whimsical and would be lovely in a little sweater of dress. These buttons are 1/2 inches across and are self shank. These have never been used or been in circulation before. I have sewn the buttons to a card that has been reproduced from a trade card from the late 1800's. The buttons are wonderful pieces of history that can only add to your crafting projects. These new/old stock buttons have been stored for more than 70 years so time has stood still for them. These beautiful glass gems would add a touch of history and beauty to any project whether it is used for sewing or jewelry. I promise you the pictures do not do them justice.
