Description: this is a wonderful silent movie item. it's a very hard to find block of six different attached stamps featuring silent film stars who worked for the selig polyscope company. the stamps were issued by wentz & company, new york. c. 1914. the selig polyscope company produced silent films from 18967 - 1918. the block measures 5.5”x6.” 6 stamps - tom mixkathlyn williamslyllian brown leightonbaby lillian wadecharles clarywheeler oakman. all stamps are in terrific condition. very hard to find early cinema promotional item.
