EA Sports 4 Way Play Adapter: Box has some scratches, scuffs, discoloration, fading, staining, creases, tears. All tabs intact. Adapter has some minor wear. There is a loose piece of solder inside, so when you shake it you can hear it. Adapter Testing: I have only tested port 1 and 2 because I only had two controllers; and it worked.
