Returns PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURES To return a product, the Buyer should send a message using the Ebay's "Ask Seller a Question" button to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within 30 days from date of purchase. We cannot accept any returns without prior authorization and without an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for another 14 days in which the item must be returned to us.
