Bolts through (4) 1/4" mounting holes into the existing steel adapters. These pads are used on Rotary lifts that have the rectangular (RA) spin-up adapters. They are used on many SPO9, SPOA9, SPO10, SPOA10 surface mount lifts and some SL29 & SL210 in-ground cassette lifts. Replaces part # FJ6158-4. Buyer pays shipping.
