The second side has the edges feathered out so you can trim to whatever size you would like. The overall size of the print measures ll" high x 17" wide. No matter which side you decide to use, you will have to trim the print. The only practical way I can ship this item is to use a mailing tube and to gently roll the print. If I would ship it flat, the mailing costs would out-weigh the value of the print, and the odds of it arriving in perfect condition would be high. Without a doubt, you will have to flatten out the print when it arrives, but there shouldn't be any creases.
