RCDM 1/10 Scale Tow Shackles (12) For RC Rock Crawlers

Description: Hello Folks! I am offering up a set of RCDM (RC Don Manufacturing) custom made 3D printed tow shackles for RC rock crawlers like the Axial SCX10 and SCX10-II. I designed these tow shackles to be a cost effective replacement for the expensive aluminum aftermarket ones currently offered by the hobby retailers (which unfortunately get scratched up on the first outing). These tough ABS plastic shackles take a beating on the rocks and still keep their color unlike the anodized aluminum ones and last quite a bit longer than the stock Axial shackles. This design has been pull tested to over 30 pounds (see picture) which is a testament to its robust design. It takes us over a hour to print and inspect each set of shackles! Note: This design has a 3mm wide opening for bumper shackle tabs. These shackles will not fit the TRX-4 which has 5mm tabs. This auction is for 12 plastic tow shackles (8 of them are spares for replacement) and 4 - M2.6 x 12mm self-tapping screws to attach them to your bumpers (RC rock crawler vehicles in pictures are not included). Note: Raw FDM printed parts have a rough finish due to the manufacturing process. Please look carefully at the pictures I have included in this auction before bidding. ABS, PLA and PETG plastic printed parts are NOT UNBREAKABLE and WILL FAIL if pushed beyond their mechanical ability. RCDM parts are not made for "bashing" but for practical scale appearance and protection. We will stand behind our workmanship but cannot assume liability for these products if used in an irresponsible manner. All of my 3D printed parts are made right here in the USA on American Made FDM type printer machines.
