The feeling in general is that more and more Sellers feel that CELL PHONE USE FOR VIEWING OF ITEMS BEING SOLD by Buyers may be creating sales issues because the Cell Phone Screen is so small that details of the item being sold can easily be missed. It is a general synopsis by many Sellers in the USA / Worldwide including ourselves that Buyers should use a full sized home computer or at least a laptop to view pictures of items being sold. Many online Seller blogs across the world suggest Buyers NOT rely on a tiny cell phone screen to see true condition of items for sale for reasons as before mentioned. I know personally I can not come any where close to seeing an item as well on my Cell Phone Screen as I can on my iMac or Laptop Screen. I feel there is a lot of logic behind this suggestion by Sellers in the USA and abroad. In fact I very very seldom use my Cell Phone for Viewing of Items I wish to purchase personally as I want as clear as picture as possible on the item I am considering purchasing. Old magazines, books, publications, booklets and manuals may come with wear, age spots & page discoloration. Some may have a slight age or other odor from aging. It's a natural process. I collect or have collected many Vintage items over the years and I personally feel this adds to their character, charm and shows that the background and history of the pieces as being authentically old and thus making them more in demand, collectable and desirable to those that enjoy and/or collect them. Remember that even a vintage item in really good condition is old and it may not function as well as when it was originally made. Plastic type and other items can change color and/or weaken over time because of light, pollutants, heat, humidity and other items in the air. So if you intend on using a Vintage item, please be aware of this, and be careful. We can not control how you use them. They may be more subject to breaking just because of the fact they are old. Yet other items were made better back then, then similar items made today, so you alone have to make your decision to buy and item or not.
