Description: This is a rare First Edition, 3rd Printing, of J.K Rowling's, first book; "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone", with the original strapline by "A terrific read and a stunning first novel" Wendy Cooling. The cover illustrations are by Thomas Taylor and the rear cover and spine feature the original "Young Wizard", later changed to Dumbledore. The book is well read, but remains in Good condition and with it's rarity, it would make a fabulous addition to any decorative collection or private children's library.
