The map is not " new " or in " new " condition, it was printed in 1887, the page is printed on onion paper. I retain only best condition maps and offer them for sale. This map would display very well when properly laid out & matted. Study the photos carefully, this is the actual map you will receive. The folded page is approx. 22" x 23". The book & title page are not included but only used as a verification reference.
