Description: RARE '08 New York Mets Citi Field Hard Hat - Topping Out Ceremony April 9th 2008. Helmet is in great condition with some minor scuffing and handling wear. Inside of helmet is in great condition and very clean. Helmet is a MSA branded hard hat used during the construction of Citi Field, notably during the Topping Out Ceremony on April 9th, 2008, where the structural frame of the stadium was finished and the highest steel beam was put in place.The helmet is a adult size medium with an adjustable band. Warning and instructional stickers on the inner helmet are all intact and in good condition. The right side of the helmet contains the Citi and Mets logo, the left has the logos for Hunt Construction Group and Bovis Lend Lease, and the back has the date of the ceremony and an American flag.
