As with all my Fine Linens, I have freshly laundered and pressed to assure you of a quality product. As for condition, there is an issue to report. There was a small tear about 14" from the top which has been repaired. Will still Display perfectly. I will give you lots of photos of the sheet and the repair. (Last photo).
