Description: Unit in pictures is the exact one that will be sent including the leads. The needle moves freely and knobs all turn. There is a bit of corrosion on battery terminal but nothing major. The case bolts have 1 replacement bolt and one is near striped but still easily removed with flat head. I am not sure what all matters or to what degree so i've listed everything I see. It has been tested on a basic level with a 9V battery and needle moves.
