It doesn’t have a Westminster chime. It is made of a heavy cast metal, some sort of steel or iron. Then it has some brass components. As you can see, it has unfortunately been painted. There seems to be a small crack in the face. If you want to put in the work to restore it, it will be well worth your while. The Cherub, owl, and rooster design is unlike any I’ve seen. It will be beautiful once finished. It does come with the pendulum. The base measures 16” x 6” and it is 11 3/4” tall. Please inspect photo(s) carefully.
