The manual also gives a slightly higher Continuous Power rating of 27 W/Ch @8Ω, or 30 W/Ch @4Ω at 1kHz, with both channels fully driven. When you bring the power down to 1/2 the THD drops to a ridiculous 0.025%, something not even seen in the most expensive receivers of the era! Remember, these are what audiophiles call "Vintage Watts," from an era where, unlike today, it was a sin to manipulate or elaborate the power ratings!This classic receiver has two speaker zones, an internal AM antenna and a 1/4" headphone jack on the front panel.The tuning dial is complemented with a Stereo indicator LED & Tuning meter. In addition to an Input selector and Volume, Bass & Treble controls, there are Speakers buttons and switches for FM Muting, Tape Monitor and a Loudness switch that contours the sound dynamics perfectly for low level listening.The rear panel offers an Aux Input, Tape Loop, and a stereo Phono Input, along with a grounding post for your turntable! It also has multiple Antenna terminals, user access to the protection fuses and an unswitched AC outlet. It weighs in at just under 16 lbs and measures 11-1/2" x 5-7/8" x 18-1/8" wide! Condition:This beautiful receiver is in "Very Good" condition with minor signs of use and nice, bright dial! Aside from a few small scuffs to the veneer, the only other thing worth mentioning is a few light scuffs to the front panel, most too faint to make out well in the pics. All the original knobs are present & complete, as are the feet and attached AC cord. While we have shown the spec sheet in the pics, the manual has gone missing, but no worries, it's available online or we will send you the PDF file directly on request. Please do inspect all the pictures thoroughly for actual condition. Service:On inspection, this unit worked fine with just a little scratchiness to some of the controls and a dim dial, so it went to our tech for servicing.Some of the lamps were still working, but they were most likely going to fail soon all the lamps were replaced with long-life LED's! The original white incandescents with light blue filters were replaced with the new Royal Blue lamps we sourced that shine with a deeper blue color. But if you prefer either a crisper Cool Blue, Green, or Warm White LED's that replicates the original incandescents, just let us know BEFORE buying or sending an offer and we will switch them out for you free of charge! Technics used LED's on all the indicators so you won't have to worry about them either. We are in a remote area, still we were able to pull in all our local FM stations with the included wire antenna, activating the tuning meter and lighting the Stereo lamp.
