Description: For sale here is a super nice Post WW1 Pre WW2 IJA Imperial Japanese Army Cherry Blossom Helmet. This is a Nakata Shoten Japanese Made Reproduction from the 1980's or 1990's. This is a nice heavy and well made steel helmet with leather liner. Shows some minor storage wear and soiling. Unworn. Older piece made in limited quantities. No paint or leather smell. Very faithfully produced liner that is intricately detailed. I have heard and read that these were made to exact standard and are the absolute best reproduction on the market then, now, and probably into the future. It will prove near impossible to add a real one of these to your collection, but you can fill the gap with this beauty. The stamp on the leather liner is for Nakata Shoten. Otherwise unmarked.
