Both covers are flat and clean, and all internal pages are flat and free of any writing or marking. This magazine is very nice but there may be minor signs of wear, and there may be a name and mailing address that is covered by a white label on the back cover. This issue of Playset includes articles on the following: Mettoy's English Cottage Hospital; Calling Dr. Kildare! - Unmade Marx Hospital; Marx The Rifleman Ranch (13 Pages); and, New! Marx Space Building Companions. There are also some shorter articles and lists of information that may be of use to any serious collector.All items come from a smoke-free environment. Local pickup in the Spokane area is also available at no charge. Whenever possible, I will gladly combine shipping costs.
