Plate & Bowl American Brilliant Period Cut Glass Crystal Russian "Brilliante"

Description: This is an antique cut glass Bowl. Plus a free Under Plate (read condition). This bowl and underplate came from a serious ABP collection, they original owner kept them together as a set but I am not sure they were originally sold together back in the 1800's. Measures: Bowl is 5-1/4" wide by 2-7/8" tall. Plate is 7" wide by 1-1/2" tall/deep.It is from the American brilliant period which was 1870-1920 approximately.This is an early & rare pattern collector's love called "Russian", however the little hobstars with clear centers cut inside the buttons appears to be the "Brilliante" version of Russian. Dorflinger cut this version so it is possible this was made by them. This is an attribution.The bowl is what I am selling here & the plate is considered Free. The bowl is in pretty good condition for its age. There are no chips on the rim and only micro contact nips hidden in the pattern which is common.This plate has 2 areas of repaired smoothed chips on the scallop rim.
