The building has normal signs of use. It is discolored. There are no broken parts. One of the roof pieces appears to have a "melted" spot?? (See picture #13 and #14). Listing is for the building only; no additional parts or accessories are included. There is no box for the building. Building can use a quick cleaning. Due to the defects noted, the building is being sold "AS IS". Returns will not be accepted on this item. Please see pictures of the actual item listed. Buyer will need to reassemble the building upon delivery. Item will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx; whichever is cheapest for me. I do not ship to PO boxes.
