The plastic parts to this kit are in "excellent" condition and the chimney is original. The parts are a little "dusty" for they were recently removed from a Plasticville layout.There is NO box. A very nice collectible piece. These ranch houses always look very striking on the Plasticville residential layout or collection. A very "retro" looking kit from the 1950's.
