PLEASE NOTE: The manufacturer suggests purchasing a rug pad to enhance the comfort and life of the rug. This will make the rug feel more luxurious, keep it from slipping & sliding on a hard surface or help keep it from buckling if used over a carpet. A rug pad will also help prevent color transference onto a floor surface or carpet. Rug pads can purchased from any carpet shop and most big box hardware retailers like Home Depot or Lowe's. CUSTOM ORDER ITEM: This area rug will be custom made for you and shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 3 weeks for your order to ship from the factory and an additional week for delivery to your home. CANCELLATION AND RESTOCKING FEE: Please be aware that there is a 30% cancellation fee if your order is cancelled before it has been shipped out - as well as a 30% restocking fee if the rug is returned.
