Description: Up for bid is a Victorian engraved pattern coin silver teaspoon by James R. Watts of Philadelphia for Wriggins & Warden. The spoon is 5 3/4 inches long and weighs 15 grams. The upturned handle front is decorated with engraving and engine-turning as shown. It is monogrammed “Alice” on the handle front. The piece is marked with the Watts trademark, “WRIGGINS & WARDEN” and “COIN”. Condition on the spoon is fairly good. There is a bend in the handle tip and a few minor bowl dings. An attractive old Watts spoon.
