Description: Pat's Audio cartridge holder for the Grado Laboratory Series tonearm. Ten years ago we introduced our exclusive and proprietary design to Grado tonearm owners and it has proven to be the most popular and reliable product on the market.Our Lab Series cartridge holder has spring-loaded gold plated contact pins for an excellent audio signal connection. Each cartridge holder is carefully assembled and features a proper size threaded brass screw insert for a secure installation. We also use high quality multi-strand wires which terminate with sturdy split-round cartridge tags. The screw slots are designed to use common screws when mounting the phono cartridge and not spaced for the original Pem nuts. (We no longer add the rubber boots to the wire termination points as they do not provide structural support.) Please note the Lab Series cartridge holder wiring configuration is different from other tonearm brands. Make certain to connect the wires to your cartridge per the instructions we include with your purchase.
