Description: PALMER HAPPY DAYS DOUBLE DATE WHEELS MODEL KIT 1974 UNBUILT INCOMPLETE Incomplete and unbuilt in a good box. Box shows some creasing and wear but displays well enough. Split corner etc. Instructions and decals are present, but the decals do not match the box. Kit is missing the dashboard and steering wheel and column, and some under carriage suspension. The wheels fit the car but they are not clear in the instructions. There are no hub caps. there are four other wheel type parts not in the instructions. They are on a sprue that has correct parts. So maybe a second build option with poor quality instructions.
