Description: This is a light tulle petticoat in very pale yellow/ivory. It wraps around and ties at the waist. Despite extensive research I can’t quite date it. It has a very stiff band at the bottom. It has several small snags/ pulls mostly near the waist and near the band as pictured. It could be for a larger size or wrapped around further for a smaller size measurement In photo taken doubled and flat.
