We grow all our plants outside on the the big island of Hawaii. With the lush jungle comes many pests and while we do spray regularly we cannot guarantee 100% pest free plant. However each plant is inspected by us as well as the hawaii agriculture department for pests prior to shipping. No returns. If there are any issues please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If you live in a cold zone or expect the package to travel through cold areas please request a heat pack. We provide them for $4 in our store. They are 72 hour heat packs and we strongly advise you to upgrade your shipping to express 2 day shipping from Hawaii so it gets there before the 72 hours is up.
