OSI, which is a special entity within DSS, has purview over unique criminal matters that have an international nexus under Special Maritime and Territorial Jurisdiction. DSS is the farthest-flung law enforcement agency in the world, with more agents in more countries than any other. They are also one of the smallest. This is a rare coin to come by simply because of how few DSS agents there are in the world, and how small OSI is within DSS. The coin is 2" diameter.
