Description: Hello, today you have the chance to own a hand made original bronze bust of horror legend, Vincent Price. I made this bust as a final project in an advanced sculpture class at EMU many years ago. It comes from an original clay model that I sculpted and then molded to produce a wax casting. I then made a mould of the wax and poured the bronze. This piece was done in the lost wax casting method. I then spent several hours welding and cleaning the piece. The granite base it is mounted to, fittingly came from a tombstone company. The base measures 4 x 6 x 6” and the piece is approximately 19” tall. The piece is quite heavy, maybe 30 pounds or more. I did not weigh it. The bust is starting to patina slightly. A one of a kind piece for the discerning horror collector
