Description: NOTE: This piece has a small layer missing in the felt art paper about halfway down on the right side. I believe this piece could be cropped down & matted well enough to work around the tear - YOU DECIDE. Such a precious piece! Lovely deep midnight blue background. I picked up a lot of these a number of years ago - and have quite a few to list. If you should have any interest in purchasing multiples, please make offer as I would like to sell all of them. These have been in storage since acquisition & never displayed. I do not know if they will require an additional spray fixative or not.
