They loved Curry Crab, a popular Asian crab dish made with a spicy coconut milk broth and needed a spice mix for making it at home. We came up with this tasty blend that we describe as an Asian bay seasoning. This works great for curry crab (easiest recipe is to mix 2 tablespoons with a can of coconut milk and cook crab, seafood or even tofu in that with veggies), but it is also an excellent addition to stir fry, as a rub on most proteins and being mixed with water to make a seafood boil.
