It will take a cord of .115mm or smaller through 2 passes with a size .024 beading needle with collapsible eye. You can also use Nymo thread sizes A, B, and D and size 12 English beading needles. If you're getting beads on a hank, the best way I've found to use them is to hold the strands by the ends down low over a bowl.
