Description: It seems the Fulton tool line is a bit of a mystery. Fulton was heavily listed in Sears catalogs before the Craftsman line came along, and afterwards as a cheaper brand. All I can say for sure is that the ratchet is 4" long, it works and looks pretty good. I do see that very similar ratchets can be found branded K-D tools. I couldn't find a patent that I thought was a good match.
