This is quality made in the USA steel with the proper reinforcing plate for the transformer spot welded to the chassis. While these are NOS, they are UNPAINTED and therefore have some surface rust from open box/warehouse storage conditions. These can be easily cleaned up/sanded and painted; original color would have been a satin or a gloss. No damage other than the surface rust, pictures are of the exact chassis you will receive. Can be used for do-it-yourself amplifier projects as well. These are very nice quality NOS Made in USA pieces.
