I have no other way to test any other functionality ( the guy I bought them from said they worked great fwiw) It looks like the ground plug on the outlet was removed at one time or another (I'm sure so that a 2 prong cord could be used) Buyer to pay for UPS Ground, Fed Ex Home or USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail shipping.
