The plane has scratches, dings, discoloration, light japanning loss, light pitting on the sole/sides, and other metal parts. I believe this is a type 16. The tote, and front knob look fine. The blade is a replacement. The plane could use a little more light cleaning. Please look over the photos carefully. I do not see any defects, repairs or cracks on the plane body.
