Inside the box, you get: 5 Citadel Space Marine Miniatures 16-page Roolz Manual Counters 5 Decks of Game Cards 3 Double-sided Game Boards 5 Six-sided Dice If you think you may have seen these Space Marines before... well, yes - they are recoloured versions of five of the Series Four Warhammer Heroes models from "Strike Force Justian" (specifically, Sergeant Marius, Brother Acules, Brother Decian, Brother Vignius, and Brother Thysor) meant to represent heroes from the Iron Hands, Salamanders, Space Wolves, Ultramarines, and Blood Angels Chapters. While they are made of coloured plastic to help you tell them apart, the Space Marine models do not bear any chapter-specific iconography. THERE ARE NO TYRANID MODELS IN THIS GAME. Like the Necrons and Orks in the previous Space Marine Adventures games, the actions of the nefarious Tyranids are subsumed into the rules; players keep track of the enemy using cards and counters rather than miniatures. For those unfamiliar with Games Workshop's stable of hobby games, the plastic Space Marines are unassembled. They are simple "Easy-to-Build" push-fit models; you will need snippers or a hobby knife to remove them properly from the sprues, but glue isn't absolutely necessary to get them together to play with.
