The figure is about 6 1/4" tall, includes gun (may be hard to see in the pics), and is still brand new and sealed in the plastic SDCC baggie. There is some wrinkling, scuffs, scratches, and some small tears on the plastic baggie & cardboard label, and the figure has some paint chips on his hands though they may just be factory imperfections.
