In working order as intended. I did not see any dates on the packaging details or on the certificate tag attached to her hand. Made for KMart Corporation and have had this in our collection for over 25 years. Brand New with the Original packaging as shown with the tie strap still affixed to her feet and back, thus never removed from the original packaging.
